Cough, sneeze
Been off sick for three days now. Okay so it was fun at first, all warm bed and daytime TV but now I'm frankly BORED. So bored in fact that I've taken to tidying kitchen cupboards, sorting recycling and even darning holes in tights. ARGH! Am goin back to work tomorrow, illness be damned.
Good thing is, it's given me a jump on that pesky Xmas card writing and present wrapping etc. . Also it meant I was in to take delivery of my brand new lip service stuff - YAY!!!!! Got four things, two of which are gowns I'm trying to decide between for New Year - should it be Hollywood Geisha or Black Metal ? Decisions...........
Also been practising for act for Club Noir, am a lot more confident about it now. Have steps pretty much worked out so just need to concentrate on makin the good facial expressions and not the terrified ones .
Got really nice compliment from ScarletNoir encouraging me which was cool. Have to say in response that I never thought I could do it either although I had desperately wanted to for some time! Although I dress like an exhibitionist I'm the kind of person that then wonders why people are looking and freaks out. My worst phobia is public speaking of any kind, noone will EVER get me to do that under any circumstances. Have the full-on panic attacks, lack of sleep, cold sweats and shakes about that shit. And then just do it. Dunno how dancing about and gettin yer kit off is much diffferent! I did ballet and modern dance between the ages of 7 and 12 so maybe I'm more used to this sorta thing.
Have to do the act for Tina at some point soon - mabe Saturday before we go flyer for the club. It's actually WAY more nerve-wracking and embarrassing to do it in front of one person than in front of a venue full! At least at Carling the stage is above head level and because it's so light onstage and dark offstage you can't even tell anyone's there.
Club Noir site's been updated, am so excited - am listed as a performer! Is in the Club Noir Troupe section of the site.
Am hoping to apply to be a suicide girl myself soon, need to wait till my Laura gets back from Oz. Not only is she awesome but she's also done photography - gallus .
Speak soon x

Hope you feel better. Sadly I'm also loaded with the cold. Was supposed to start my new job today but couldn't make it... Oopps!!! Not exactly the start I wanted, Tee hee!!!
If you're looking for advice on which outfit to choose for New Year, I'd go for Black Metal... Very foxy!!!
