I am back, the beauty & SG smarts suckered me back in, I dunno, I've been a non-member for about 8 months & I must say I missed the vibe around here though I need to participate more, as I tend to isolate myself (fucking SERIOUS obsessor I am, my own worse goddamn enemy). In case somebody giveth a shit, I'll update on what I'm doing. Just moved into a new place I actually OWN (owning owns), a 2 bedroom condo in a wannabe bobo shiek neighborhood. I just adopted/rescued a black cat from the local animal rescue. He was on death row for the third time, and carried a legend that he had always been too cool to 'put down', how could I ignore a story like that? So he is now & forever FLOYD, good karma, unconditional kitty love kicks ass. As soon as I get my digital camera back he'll be my member pic.
Attending too many stuck-up weddings (last one I ended up hanging out with the bluegrass band, very righteous). Also received a pseudo job offer as an intake & diagnostic specialist with UNC dept. of psychiatry, I'd be working in an ER of a major NC hospital evaluating & doing brief therapy with persons in psychiatric crisis, primarily persons with schizophrenia (I've done long-term counseling with persons with schizophrenia in the past). I'm trying to decide whether or not to put in my application.
Current gaming obsessions - Emperor, Unreal Tournament, Diablo 2, MAME (Donkey kong!), 2D fighting games, especially Neo Geo & Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike
