I had a nice x-mas. I still have to celebrate it on Thursday with Mike's family (when his sister gets in from NY) so it doesn't feel like its all over with yet (unfortunately!) I got some killer gifts this year. Mike got me a green ipod nano and a pink Nintendo ds lite, along with several games. I'm not used to getting "toys" for gifts so I'm stoked about them both. My Mom got me these Miss Sixty boots that I've been drooling over since October along with a cashmere sweater (I'm a little obsessed with cashmere), cashmere socks, some cozy lounge clothes, scarves, cute undies, cookbooks, and some kitchen and house things I wanted. I got Mike lots of clothes and these 500 dollar in ear headphones he's wanted for a while, so that worked out nicely since he got me an ipod.

So Sams in Africa right now? Seriously? Lucky her! Why didn't you go?

Aww, it sucks you couldn't go on the trip with them, but home comings are always exciting. How long is she going to be gone for? That's awesome her dad did that for her family. Heh, for some reason the WTF house just popped in my head. She isn't going on that kind of safari is she? J/K

Yeah, I did get some killer stuff huh? I cant wait till I have a night home alone so I can put on my headphones, pop open a bottle of wine, and raid my closet and put together new outfits with all my new clothes and my boots. Actually, I can't wait for this week to just be over with. I usually could care less about the New Year, but I'm really looking forward to see what 2007 brings for some reason.
