Well, here's the update I promised!
Hope everyone is doing OK in this dark and dismal November! It changes your entire routine and outlook when its pitch black by 4pm, but I'm not about to start complaining! I'm looking and feeling a lot better following some seriously restful sleep. I'm so glad Dad's back from hospital. It's take a pretty observant sort to even distinguish him from the character he was before he got ill. Physically, he's transformed, after losing roughly 6 stone, but he's as sharp and sarcastic as ever! Fuckin' fantastic to see him back tho!
I'm off to Cardiff to see the folks on the farmstead tomorrow. If anyone is left in south Wales and NOT moved to London over the course of this year and fancy meeting up, a pint or three is on me!!
I might stick a post on SGUK to let the good folks know...
I was playing my double-bass at practice last Sunday... Going to have another go today! HEheheheh! Pics will follow soon, promise!
Anyway.. I think I'll do a swift pass on a few journals and get ready to bust a move.

Wehey.. You know what? I was on the Warrington train from Manchester Oxford Rd, and a girl sat a few seats in front but on the 'grouped' paired up seats facing me. She kept looking across directly at me. She was fuckin' hot in a bookish, learned way. I've seen her around Warrington a few times, and I've got a funny feeling I've conversed with her at a gig once about 4 years back... I'll have to investigate, next time shes around Meanwhile, have some pics of us at practice (ie: bass pics I've promised for ages!).
