Hello there everyone.

It's definitely high time I got my arse into gear and wrote something. I HAD hoped to let you know of my job-changes. In the direction of EMPLOYMENT, only I can't get through to the people "what know". I can only hope they let me know sometime before I'm due to fucking retire.

Did you all have a splendid weekend? Mine was great. I REALLY enjoyed myself, Friday and Saturday night. It was the first time I'd been able to see Zombina play Manchester, and in my 'local' club too. They rocked out a very short, but perfectly formed set and went down a treat with the crowd.. Got chatting to them afterwards too. I reckon they'll look forward to playing the Retro bar again.

Saturday was a GOOD 'beer and film' night. Death to Smoochie and Equilibrium provided the entertainment (Thanks Brogan for the tip, I'd seen it advertised when it crept out originally, but never got round to seeing it!).

Anyway, I HAVE a job working in a call-centre for a heating firm. At least its something, but its not the job as designer I was after. Hohum. At least I can get round to paying for the sort of stuff which has been put off for too long. Bike fixed, computer upgrades, cds, new PA for the band, and contributions for the bands double bass... *sigh*

Righto, not the 'full' update I was hoping to regail you with, but it'll do for now.

EDIT: Can I just say a big 'fuck off and die' to the imbeciles who put a barrel full of wood infront of the train I was on yesterday. I was coming back from practice in Warrington and I thought I was a gonner. Luckily the train wasn't derailed (even though it bloody SOUNDED like it was). When you hear something like that as all the lights in the carriage go out, it's not good for the ticker, I can tell you...
