Buuuurrrrp.
Hello! I trust you had a lovely Christmas?! Mine was very nice indeed. Good family, food, friends and pressies of course!
I did briefly cast my beady (bleary?) eye over the site last night but was MUCH too pissed to update this journal (hehe).
The wedding went very well. I somehow didn't get flustered in my role as best man, despite this being the first wedding I have ever been to. My friends and family are so disparate and scattered across the globe, marriage just doesnt tend to happen...
I DID have a slight problem with the rings I had charge of (Lord of the Rings??? fuck off, NOW Greg ). I checked I had them AND they were in the boxes only I didn't lift them out prior to handing them to the groom. Ooops, still had the jewellers tags on them, under the foam. Nice and sticky.
The reception was great fun. The Groom's father's pub. An old Victorian watering hole in the backstreets of Stockport (one of CAMRA'S pubs of historical significance, due to never being referbished EVER and having bags of character!). Got suitably pissed (see this pic -----> here) I'm on the right, of course!
So, how did your festivities go? I trust you are stuffed with food and fine wines? I know I AM! Also managed to secure a bit of Christmas naughtiness after the wedding reception!! Twas a bit of a debacle, but great fun for us both!
Anyway. Going to sign off now. I've got toys to play with, dvds to watch and mountains of choccys and beer to consume. Expect a proper post-Xmas update when the backs of my eyes are burning and I've thrown up a few times tomorrow...
Love ya loads! Enjoy the rest of the festivities! etc!

She's always been so tolerant of things, but now she thinks that i'm going to get more tattoos just so i can show them off - she doesn't like tattoos
Anyway! My chrimbo involved lots of smokes, vodka, wine, vermouth, pickled vegetables, turkey curry - you know, the usual!
Now i have to do some exercise!
