Heyho. Another journal entry spews forth...
How is everyone? Well, I hope. I'm not doing so bad, meself. It's quite nice to temporarily put the job-hunting pressure to one side and resign yourself to the fact little is likely to happen over the festive period. Getting into the 'festive period' is pretty much what I've been doing
I'm looking forward to our little meet on the 19th. Understatement. I CAN'T WAIT!
All attendees, prepare yourselves. With any luck it should be fantastic! I'll not go into too much detail, of course, since odd-balls may decide to gatecrash the night. Hang on a minute, we ARE the odd-balls! 
Ooooh. Lovely Asha has a gloriously sexy new set up! As the only SG I've officially met, so far, I can say it's definitely made us UK lot a force to be reckoned with! 'Hot' is putting it mildly!
What have I been up to then? Well, I've been to investigate Manchester's new rock clothing shop. For all your quality branded attire! If you want to make a note, head to Rockers. It's owned by the nicest lady in the clothing business, who I think is called Cath! Told ya, I'd link it eventually. Now, with the commercial message out of the way...
I went to see The Damned on Saturday! They're great. I'm pretty sure I'll never get tired of seeing them perform. I know it's kinda 'Damned by numbers' these days, but they're one of those acts who you can't take your eyes off, from start to finish... Top support acts too. Zombina and the Skeletones put on a great show, despite poor Kit's kit falling to bits at the worst opportune moments! Aww.. They slogged on and probably made a few new fans... Oi! We were there first! We love them, they can do no wrong. Flamingo 50 were on great form too. Second time I've seem them, and they stuck it to the slightly hostile (somewhat elderly ) Widnes crowd. They may make it to my fave bands list yet! Super stuff!
Not really too much to tell you, only I managed to do my mountain-bike in a fair treat on Thursday. I've somehow managed to to buckle my cross-country rear wheel and score a big horrid groove in my front one! Nice. Only 95 each to replace
Maybe I should have checked my brake-blocks as they disintegrated down a steep slope in Delamere forest... 
Oh, er! Before I sign off, I'd just like to say a sodding, dog-thrustingly strident NO NEED and a 'big fuck off on top' to Arriva Trans-Pennine for making a 20min train journey into an hour and a half coach trip. Thanks a bunch. My 'almost date' was a total screw-up! 
I still might be able to salvage it, if the girl in question manages to regain the feeling in her fingers (yes it WAS in all that wind and rain!)... Maybe she can start by throttling my scrawny neck! Oh, when will this curse END???!
