Aren't I just full of things to say these days jeeze.
My life is mostly consumed of work these days. 10-12 hours a day for up to 6 days a week sometimes.
Barely get time to eat and pee in days like those too, every time I turn around someone is calling my name.
Mark my words: never be the most efficient (read only woman) chef in a dysfunctional Kitchen.
Its so stressful on some days I have threaten to quit. Plus one manager keeps promising me stuff that the higher up or on shift manager won't allow. So I feel like I'm being dicked around all the time.
On a good day like today I love the place. Just good old fashion line prep, order's and minor emergency's I can handle alone. Awesome hot servers to talk to, one of which drove me home
But during the day I'm surrounded by men, so I need some female company soon.
I wish it weren't so cold out, I miss Queen street, and staying out until 4am, dancing the night away
