ok, so last night at FNM was fun although i got my ass handed to me again. i was playing dennis with still 20 life. i was able to wittle him down to three. he did a sacrifice attack but thanks to his bad math he was only able to hit me for 19 leaving me with 1 still on the board. i'm already looking towards the next round by now, but a i remember my kavu predator! during the whole game he had been gaining +1/+1 whenever dennis gained life. well after his attack he tacked on another 30+ life. well my kavu was already at +16/+16 with trample and before i know it is my turn with one life and a +56/+56 kavu! he had nothing left that could defend that and that handed me the win!
it was the highlight of the tourney for me. oh, and corinne placed in the top 8 and won the random drawing. AGAIN!
