There's many characters to identify with and that's their function in a story, they create a link between the public and the work.

First, I identify myself with Misato Katsuragi from Evangelion, I have her tattoed in my left arm 'cause I'm really into anime. I like her because she's smart, loyal, strategist, passionate with her job, she has my age and also knows how to have fun. She's a beer's enthusiast. <3
Second, I have to say Arya Stark from Game of Thrones. I love her for her personality, she's proud, strong headed, she doesn't shut about things that are unfair and she doesn't forgot anything. I think she's a feminist, but she doesn't know yet.
And last, but not less important, Catwoman, tattoed on my right leg. I think I don't have to explain this, I'm a cat lady, I love animals more than people. I think she's beutiful as me (modesty it's not a quality of mine) and I also don't like the laws and police... just kidding (a little bit). ;)
