Having so many friends close by: good
Having so many friends leave for other states: Bad
But what the hell, it's a new year -time for....actually, I don't believe flipping a calender to a different number makes anything better. What changes I can make I will try for, and until things get better I just have to remind myself that things could be worse - and will be unless I put more effort into being a happier, more fulfilled person.

The Sherlock Holmes/Cthulu collection huh? I'm assuming they're separate? It just makes me think of the story by Neil Gaiman, "A Study in Emerald" which is a really amazing combination of HP Lovecraft and Sherlock Holmes. Really!
Headphones . . . I never use them at home, so I get the cheap ones because I abuse the crap out of them.
