I woke up this morning after not being able to get away to check here for a few days, and I am in shock!!
I had to actually do a double take!! 75 notifications!! All lovely likes and comments from all of my amazing followers!! AND EVEN NEW FOLLOWERS!!! I'm almost at 200!! Yaaay!!! Thank you all so much for all the love!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!!!
I'm so excited to be talking with my amazing photographer about shooting another set next month!! I'm so excited to see the one we are already working on, but as always, I want to do more, more more!!
I had a shoot planned for this month, but when I went to book the room to shoot in, I had no ID!!! Apparently I lost it at Lucha Madness! Hahaha!! I had fun though, and it isn't hard to replace! Just a pain for my current plans!! I still have a few places to look but I'm doubtful!! Oh well!! Everything can always be rescheduled!! I just wish I hadn't lost it haha!!
How has your weekend been?? I am so happy to see the leaves changing!! I know a lot of people don't like the cold, myself included, but I always try to think that at least I get to see the leaves change!! There's one bright side at least!! This weekend I ended up going to pumpkin fest and picked out some sweet gourds!!! I'm hoping to dry them and make them into maracas!! I've been doing some research, and I'm going to hang them from my clothesline for about 8 weeks, but if anyone has any other helpful tips, I will never refuse advice!! I just can't wait to paint them!! I may have to sweet talk someone into driving me back to get some larger/drier gourds to make them last longer, but I am also going to get s nice shellac to put inside and out to keep them from moulding!! Again! Any tips are totally welcomed and greatly appreciated!! I am hoping to keep as much of the natural shape as possible, because LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE!!! I technically don't even know if these are gourds or squash. I just got excited because they look like seashells.
