I'm sorry to hear you're going through hard times, I'm a little afraid to come back to Aus and then be fucked in the ass by the economic crash. But then again, it's probably going to be just as bad here, it just seems like it's ok because people are hiring for the holidays I guess. I still don't know when I'm coming back, probably around Xmas or early in the new year. My plan changes every day.
So yeah, Texas is ok, but I miss NYC sooooo much!!! God it was awesome. My youngest brother has recently decided that he is also moving there, so the more the merrier I guess!
Not much has been happening here, we just hang out and watch movies and stuff, I've only been out and gotten drunk once. But it was fun, and there were cute boys speaking Spanish and dancing drunkenly to Mexican music, so that was pretty awesome!

Rant away, darling. It always helps at least a little. I've definitely been in the constant worry-about-money spiral and it sucks. I do wish you could go talk to a therapist. They've definitely helped me in the past. The best therapist I had even took whatever money I could contribute every time I saw her, put it in a file in her office, and called that my travel fund. I had the same feeling of wanting to travel and not being able to save up for it. She helped me save the cash I needed to go to Ireland for a couple of weeks--a dream trip I'd always wanted to take. That aside, though, just having someone listen and help you take some small steps towards making those big changes.

Hope you're doing okay, all moved in, etc. Neo and I have both been fighting sinus infections, but we're good otherwise. I'm a race track widow, now that the track has opened up. Neo is there every weekend for hours. It IS a lot of fun, I'll admit. He's photographing, though, so he's there for ages. Glad he's having fun.
