I am here to share this cute picture of my most recent life hack!! Gluten and lactose free cupcakes! I have several reasons to believe I am gluten intolerant (really hoping to be wrong though, I was partially raised in Italy, so you can imagine how passionate I am for a juicy pasta!) so I have just tried this amazing recipe a friend of mine recommended and I am in love!!! I replaced the icing for vegan cream and it’s amazing!!!
