I watched the horror movie May for the first time last night. It stars Angela Bettis as May and features Anna Faris (of the Scary Movie trilogy). It is an indie horror flick, which usually means utter crap. I was very suprised about this one though. I'm gonna put the quote from the back of the DVD package:
May never really fit in and growing up with a pirate's patch to cover her lazy eye did not make things easier. Even as an adult her best friend and sole companion is a doll given to her by her mother...until she sees Adam. In awe of his beauty, especially his hands, she pursues a relationship for the first time in her life. But she soon finds out that people are not 100% perfect...only certain parts of them are!
There is more character development in this film than I have seen in a long time. It is very compelling and I highly recommend it to everyone.
It gets an A
