Well this past week was crazy. I'd go into details, but I'd rather not have a permanent record of what I did.
I went to DG Monday night and it was incredibly packed. The odd thing was I was totally fine with it. Sure it took 5 minutes to get from one end of the club to the other. But Ronan Harris from vnv nation DJed after midnight and frankly it was way too EuroDisco. I spent most of the time outside. Hung out with some people, talked about various things, etc. I ran into a friend who was fuckered up -- that's fucked up beyond just fucked up -- drunk. It was entertaining watching their antics. I also ended up with lipstick on my nose as a side note.

The 4th was funny. I finally got home from the previous night's party with enough time to rest about an hour before jumping in the shower and doing it all over again. I had no plans for the 4th, but a friend's plans got cancelled, so we said "screw it" and went and watched the fireworks on Treasure Island. After we grabbed a burrito in the mission and went to a friend's house and watched Cars. It was pretty mellow, but fun.

NOW I'm going to appreciate some serious downtime. ZZzzzzzz.......
