Okay, so I was bored as usual, surfing the net, playing games, listening to music and all like usual, when I checked out MacUpdateMacUpdate and I found this little piece of software I thought I'd try out.
It's called iStar Composer.
After a quick start manual, I dove in and started laying down lyrics to track and I'm screwing up like crazy but I keep at it. After about 10 minutes of syncing lyrics to vocals I loose all my work when I decide to load another set of lyrics better written! Then I discover the magic marker button. So, a little later I'm the happy owner of KMFDM's Ready to Blow[/], Skinny Puppy's I'mmortal[/] and Pro-test, Hanzel Und Gretyl's Komm Zu Uns and X-marks the Pedwalk's Ten Miles all nicely laid over with graphics in a little movie-type thing and the lyrics scrolling across the little place on the MP3 player that usually just has the song title. How fucking cool is that? If I had an iPod it would read the lyrics and put them on screen too!
Because of how incredibly cool this program is I'm buying it as soon as I can scrape $30 together. I can imagine many days syncing up lyrics to my favorite songs.
Today:
I've got a birthday party and a for the hell of it party to attend today and I look like shit. Oh well, It's not like I'm going out to pick up girls. I'm out to have fun tonight. First night out in about 3-4 weeks. I'm eagerly awaiting it.
