I've had so much going on in my life right now. Kriss and I have decided too be just friends.
This poem i wrote is actually for a beautiful woman by the name of heather.
She opened up to me and showed me so much just through her emotions and her words.
Such a powerful being.
"Discovering Patience"
A ticking clock on the wall of the store,
A friendly face that seems suddenly unfamiliar.
A girl with dreams and fantasies paralyzed by fear;
Love of self, love of beauty, love of hope, love of mystery.
A consumer friendly digest of the weekly arrivals,
What will be delivered next?
A vision appears overshadowing hidden desires.
A stranger from a place you thought would make no difference.
Like a child's first wish upon on a star, she came crashing like thunder.
Singing a beautiful song in her head to chase away the storm.
With the hard times behind her and the future bright ahead,
A relationship undiscovered, undefined, unwritten in time.
Desired equally amongst the fairest beauties before us,
Blindly searching, and wildly igniting dreams far from solitude,
Anxiously anticipating the answers to the not so obvious.
Looking for change, looking for happiness, looking for compassion.
An honest answer tells a dreadful warning of selflessness,
Giving birth to the emotions pushing away selfishness.
Another strike of the clock and the fantasy remains a vision.
Truth being far from fiction, a young woman ponders deeply.
Two beautiful souls united by a modernized work of art.
Technologically linked through emoticons and airwaves.
Wanting more than what they have, seeking what they dream.
Discovering all time has given them is a little bit of patience.
