OK I've seen a few japanese indie films and I come to think that they have some of the most twisted and yet creative minds. If you've never seen them watch Tetsuo: the Iron Man (which is really hard to find) and Suicide Club.
Tetsuo is about a man who decides to replace his bones with iron rods. As with Suicide Club the story is pretty much what the title is. Both movies completely fucked with my head. Enjoy and also let me know if you know any crazy independent films.
