I am using today as one of my two days to sleep in and relax. Getting some small things done around the house today. Cleaning, errands, grocery shopping. The basics ya know? Tomorrow I shall be following the advice of a dear friend, and starting to explore places I have yet to see within about, oh, I don't know 450km or so of where I live. I have a few places picked out that I haven't been to and it should be exciting.
My flatmate is off of work this weekend so I think we'll be getting to go wander town and see if the local computer depot has any new games for us to get into. I know, still a geek. I'm okay with it. Then, we'll prolly do dinner but but who knows when that'll be. Prolly late, and prolly somewhere greasey and delicious. Hehe.
Oh Oh Oh, I'm sooo excited! I'll be picking up a small tradition again this week since I have the time off. And that is high tea. Yummy! If I'm not drinking cheap beer, decent wine, or my favorite clear hard liquor, I'm drinking tea (and the occasional Diet Black-Cherry Vanilla Coca-Cola *drool*). I just love tea in the late afternoons. And, since I can now meet up with friends again, right 'round the traditional 4pm-ish, we can do it. I'm excited. I have four days so far that my small list of friends is willing to get together with me again. This brings back memories. We used to do this all the time. I got addicted (or so it seemed) to this imported Earl Grey. So when I worked third shift, or early first shift, I'd always get together with them and have a few cups with some yummy little savories and scones that this one girl's mom made. Damn those were good. Hehe. I miss the jams. She always did home made mixed berry jam and it was always really fecking good. That happens Mon-Fri this coming week. Can't wait. I guess tho her mom is a bit elderly now so it's not the 'original'. However, I guess that some time back her mom taught her how do make the different snacks we always used to have. I'm going to the big city (Los Angeles) tomorrow in an effort to find some decent imported teas, cause this Lipton 'tea' is just crap. Anyway...
Well all, it's getting to 11am here, and I'm off to finish up some things before my flatmate comes home. Have a great day, and I hope you all enjoy your weekends! Pix to come if I remember to charge the battery in the digi-cam. Hehe.

High tea!!! I drink tea, I'm a little teapot. I can make scones to have with the jam, a little cream and It would be a Cornish Cream Tea. Heaven. Ooooo, I'm salivating. Earl Gray tea with a little milk is lovely and English Breakfast tea in the morning is the best. I mostly drink a green tea blend, blended with ordinary tea. There is nothing like a cup of tea at the end of a tiring day. hmm....I've gone on a little.
You won't believe this, but when I read 'computer....depot......new games' I actually shook my head at you.
Oh and thanks for your support, it's much appreciated, and you know you can share with me anything you want to. I'll always be here for you 'cos you is my buddy now'.
Take care.
I'm going to look around and see if I can find a way of getting clotted cream to you. Then you will have to have a go at making scones and think of me here in little old blighty when you eat them.
Hope the week is going well.
Take care.
