sometimes one night is all it takes to make you realize what's important.
pan seared sirloin topped with caramelized onions and a sweet potato with roasted garlic and herb butter.
because I'm not always in the mood to make something intricate.
will be away for a few days. take care of yourselves, and take care of someone else as well. the moments are priceless.
So yeah. I also cook for my dogs.
last night we had slightly undercooked pork and slightly oily garnish.
tonight, everything came together perfectly in a leftovers sandwich. there's a lesson in this: don't get discouraged if you're not 100% successful the first time you try something. tomorrow you may find greater heights from any of today's disappointments.
