Ugh!!!! I'm so upset! I spent ALL day baking a cake and I double and triple checked the receipe to make sure I was doing it right. I know I get a little confused etc with this concussion so I made sure I was extra careful with this cake.
So I go to pull the cake out of the oven and see it isn't set yet, but it's all nice and golden brown like it's supposed to be. I realized that I put in too much water. Even after reading and rereading the receipe I still fucked up. Sigh. I'm going to go see if I can save the cake at all or if I have to go buy cake ingredients again and try to make it properly AFTER I get back from the doctors office. And this cake making business has made me late for the doc's!!! UGH!
