Well, crunch week continues.
Yesterday I got all pissy about being too damn fat for my blue dickes and just had coffee all day. Not terribly healthy and it made me even more hostile than usual. OTOH, I mean, good way to shave 2500 calories off the week.
Something from Apnea's journal stuck with me: Nothing says dinner like two pieces of dry toast.
My new "diet experiment" is a variation on what I've read a bunch of places, which is "write down everything you eat and then checkk it out". Instead, I am using my new digital camera to grab an image of everrthing I eat.
Then, I will make a "Food Log" or "Flog" as I plan to call it. Most likely some little web app that displays my food pics for the day in a directory, and then allows some posting for recipe / restaurant / pricing whateva.
I thought about putting a daily weight measurement on there too, but that's my business.
Hopefully after not too long it'll be about enjoying food not being fat.
