I gave my final speech for my communications class... and it was GOOD?! How the hell do I give a speech and manage to have by far the best in the class? Practice. Who would've thought you are actually supposed to rehearse before a presentation?
Also, thanks to my super freaking awesome roomie-duo for all the help that came that way. Alan even cured me of my incessant swaying during speeches! Whoohoo!
Tuesday is the last day of classes, and I have no more speeches left. Still, spirits are low... due partially to lack of sleep and the shift in focus from classes to paying off debts next week. rawr,

So if I tell you I work for a videogame company - does that get me brownie points or a stunned look?
I can safely say that I have my dream job, and that as far as I'm concerned, I get to work every day with some of the most talented people in the industry. I'm humbled that I get to do what I do alongside them.
So maybe once I get to know you a bit, I'll tell you who it is, and you can tell me if we pass the pineapple cool test.
And, so long as I'm shamelessly digging for brownie points, I could point out that in my spare time, I've been known to get the occasional spiffy band together and blast out silly rock versions of 80s pop tunes.
