My radio show yesterday kicked serious ass! It was a nice change after string of such mediocre shows. Planning the music sets somewhat early seemed to help tremendously... There was plenty of enjoyable music, new and old, as well as plenty of listener calls. :-)
After the show, I borrowed a few albums from the station. I'm happy to report lots of bunnyluv for these artists, and recommend checking them out:
-Mates of State - Team Boo album
-Railer - song "Theory as to What is Beautiful"
-Blanketship - threeps
-Death Cab for Cutie - Transatlantacism
-Polysics - NEU
-Film School - alwaysnever
-From Monument to Masses
-Logan Whitehurtst and the Junior Science Club (how much better does it get than songs about tectonic activity!?)
-Ima Robot
-The Dresden Dolls - Cabaret meets Rock n Roll fury? fantastic stuff
