hi. i am sorry i'm so terrible at updating. i never think i have much to say. but i'm updating now just for the sake of it, so nobody thinks i disappeared or anything. we have a slightly better internet connection now, but i haven't been spending nearly as much time online as i used to.

so i hope all my friends are doing ok. of course i feel awful for the people affected by the hurricane, and i will contribute to help. i'm not eloquent in this sort of situation, so i won't try to say anything profound.

but i can't end this entry with that because it sounds spiteful somehow and that is totally not my intent. so i wrote some more sentences.
