So I’ve officially lost 10 pounds! I’ve been working out and counting carbs and calories. Seems to be working well to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks! I’m going to keep working hard and get my body where I want it.
I’m still planning to do another set around December for you all. I’ll keep you updated with details as I learn them.
