Happy Belated New Year, everyone!
Wow. I*m still tired (cheers!) and I*ve just been informed that I now have a midnight diner party to "attend" (random, I know. But we*re on a much-needed winter break and are trying to be together as often as possible. Plus, we*re Jersey kids! I looove my friends.)
New Years Eve was interesting. I had more of a need to act out than ever before because the end of *06 sent me spiraling into an almost-1/5 life crisis (that sounds truly pathetic) because *06, the super-year, the year of my high school graduation, whose importance had been stressed to me since I was born, was over, and life was pretty much the same as it had been before the wave washed over. Even though I don*t much believe in the innate human fascination with the measurement of time. And NYE is only NYE according to the Christian calandar anyway. So yeah. Hmm... No more reflecting.
Resolution: stop overthinking things. and be a better scene-kid poseur. LoL! JK! I suck at life.
Cheers!
