Had a accident.
I broke three ribs, lost one of my bikes, not sleeping, hurt all the time. I am very frustrated.
Not asking for help or pity..
I've pissed off the people I care about most, in the process.
I am feeling very humble, vulnerable and lost.
There is a veneer that everyone has that that allows for public interaction,
I feel like it has been scratched away. .

...but you'll heal, the bike can be fixed, and it could have been much worse. I've written five estimates for crashed 1098s so far, one of which had $19,800 in visible damage.
I've always found it helpful to spend some post-crash time with my moto friends in a social setting, which is helpful in avoiding psyching yourself out. Everyone crashes, and more people drop a new bike than you'd think. I see it every week.
Crashes happen, and it's really easy to beat yourself up mercilessly, especially because of the bond that we get with our bikes. Don't. You'll get her fixed up, and learn from the mistakes.
