I had a panic attack just a few minutes ago, not sure what brought it on but I haven't had one in a long time. I hate this feeling. 
Tomorrow is hopefully going to be a good day, Travis is off work and it's supposed to be sunny & 64 degrees. Which makes me happy. I've been really really down recently so this is what I need.

its going to be close to 80 here in Denver and I took the day off and am going on a motorcycle ride. Heres to a good day for both of us tomorrow!
