ok so someone does something that hurts you so much your world just comes crashing down, you go to work spend the whole day near panic attack; chest pains, feeling like you cant breath, nausea etc. then you had plans to hang out with people from work but they want to see you first. Because they feel miserable and they need you to make them feel better but the thought of seeing them and dealing with stuff makes you sick, but you do it anyway then go out with your friends. And your told fine have fun... so you go out and you try to forget about stuff as much as you can and hang out. then your feeling down so leave the group and hang out with one friend who has your side and tells you dont worry it isnt that bad things will be ok, yall can work this out. then the person that hurts you shows up upset that your not home yet to make him feel better because he is so upset..... ((what do you do??)) my first instinct was to try to make him feel better but i remembered what my latino girls told me .. to not back down, dont try to make him feel better because he feels bad that he hurt you.. so i didnt and i let him leave and i stayed out longer...

so now im home he is still out, which isnt too bad didnt really want to deal with it tonight either...
