I've just booked my first ever solo trip and I'm off to Barcelona in a few weeks 
I want a holiday and its no use waiting around for friends or il never go anywhere. Pretty nervous.. But i know il have an amazing time and it'll be good for me, I'm not shy but I'm sure It'll be a great confidence boost in meeting people. Plus my spanish is coming along nicely, I may be able to hold a conversation by the time I go. Exciting times!

Your first solo holiday is always a bit nerve wrecking, but totally worth it! It will open the door for you to be more apt to travel in the future.
