Having a short temper fucking blows.It is especially worse when the one you cared about gets so scared she has to call the man. And they help her get her things and your kid so she can leave. I haven't felt this bad ever, here is to a horrible new begining. This is not the me that I wanted to find. Can anybody help me? frown

I agree with finding an anger management class or maybe therapy it's not as corny as it sounds. If things continue to progress you could physically take your anger out on someone and that would be really really bad. Make a few phone calls or talk to some folks.
