Ok, so in order for me to stay motivated I'm doing 30 days of fitness....so I can lose this fucking weight already.
So, basically, I will have to post a blog about what I did each day for exercise as well as what I ate that day. So I figured this blog will be posted at night before I go to bed.
I'm starting tomorrow. So I can wake up early and actually have a normal start to a day. A day that includes breakfast.
I weighed myself tonight, it's probably not that accurate since I did it like 15 minutes after I ate dinner, but whatever. It's a good spot to go off of.
I'm at 173.5...gross. (even worse, in 2009 I was down in the 150's)
I want to get down to 130.

I figure roughly it will take me 5-6 months to lose the weight. I'm sure at first I will definitely lose 10lbs in the first month, it's when hitting a plateau and all that jazz is where I think things will start to change.
So it's November 7th.130 should be achieved : April - May. Which is great, because it'll be just in time for bathing suit weather.
I want to try and focus my diet towards proteins and vegetables and lots of fruit. I want to try and go easy on the carbs. One meal per day can have bread or pasta in it. And I went to the grocery store and got huge bottles of water so I can just carry one around with me all the time to be sure I'm getting enough H2O.
I really need to stop drinking beer as well. Beer...is not helping my weight situation.
So here's to losing weight!
I asked the tattoo artist if he wanted to hang out sometime. He said yea we could grab dinner. I gave him my number, but he hasn't called or text me yet. So meh.
I've been living by this rule from He's Just Not That Into You if a guy wants to see you, he will see you.
I'm the rule. Not the exception, but eventually, I will be someone's exception. I just gotta stay patient and until then, I'll work on my personal goals.
So I downloaded some apps on my phone to track my bike rides when I ride. And, if I ever become a runner, I'll track my runs as well.
Also....I am really going to make an effort to save more and more money, I figured it out, I still have like $1500 left in tattoo-time to finish my pieces before I can get any new big pieces. And I have a lot of stuff I want to get. Luckily though I planned out the rest of my right sleeve.
Anyway.
I still need a job.
Or the lottery.
Or a sugar daddy.
I'm not going home for the holidays. I might have the opportunity to bartend both Thanksgiving and Christmas at my old job...so we'll see how everything goes. It would be awesome, because it would be under the table and wouldn't affect my unemployment if I'm still earning it at the time.
So excited to send out Alkaline's snail mail tomorrow
Time to relax and plan this week's food and shit.
