Warrior Dash training is kicking my ass.
Today I decided to do all of my stretching and meditation today. I felt shin splints coming on last night while at work, so I figured in order to keep them shits away, I better not go balls to the wall the first week of conditioning.
Another girl from work, Erica has joined us as well. Now I'm waiting on Jake to get back to me, and whoever else wants to join us.
For some reason I have started watching Heavy. I don't know why I started watching it. I guess I figured I'd rather see people changing their lives who really do, than drama and bullshit. Let me just tell you this, Heavy REALLY puts shit into consideration.
So I'm really behind on putting together my diet for the next 14 weeks. Each week I'm going to change it in order to not get bored and falter, but I'm going to be buying enough for each week at the beginning of the week.
Bunches of fruits and veggies and lean meats. So here we go. Some of the dishes I plan on making.
Chicken breast with roasted brussel sprouts and a side salad.
Chicken breast with spinach and roasted garlic and a side salad.
Chickpeas, corn, and spinach with Italian seasoning and balsamic vin. (salad as a snack or even a lighter lunch)
Oatmeal with oranges, grapefruit, or apples for breakfast.
Spinach and goat cheese omelets.
Above mentioned fruit for snacks between meals.
Oh yeah, and I'm brown bagging at work from now on. And I'm not drinking. I'm down to where I only drink a few sodas when I'm at work. And I'm going days at a time without smoking as well.
Tomorrow I'm going to weigh myself and take pictures and start posting.
I wish I could get my nice camera to turn on....but something tells me when it was left at a friends house, it wasn't respected...and it was a $200 camera. FML. I have no idea where I need to bring the camera either....and my SD card won't read in my computer. So annoying. So you all will have to deal with iPhone pics! Bahahaha
Anyway.
Off to finish this episode of Heavy and head to bed! Gotta get up and work out with and without Marley.
