I have decided to start drinking half-caff beverages.
ps. I'm feeling better. I actually had to make the conscious decision to choose to start the day either spiraling into deep depression or to start the day fresh with a smarter perspective on life.
I chose the latter.

...OK, so it's not exactly a good stress management plan but the important parts is having a plan.
I cut down on caffeine years ago and it helped immensely. The little vein on my forehead hardly ever pulses anymore, it just bulges. I feel this is a significant improvement.
Now, if I could find out a way to cut out about 50% of people I would be golden.
