It is a new year, and time for an update. I have decided that I need a party assistant. Like someone to say to me "hey man... you probably shouldn't do that." It would be really helpful. Anyway. The party I went to was BEYOND like totally messed up style. This kid's parents were at the house, and did not seem to care that a bunch of 16-23 year olds were getting hammered and high. I THINK that they lit up a blunt, but I could be wrong. So here I am at the party. I am a bit out of it, and I keep looking over and seeing them stare at me. I being the paranoid person I am, got really wigged out by this, and began to avoid the parental units at all cost. After a while I found myself on the couch, watching a muted version of "Heavy Metal" and listening to The Velvet Underground. Yeah...
All the "cool kids" at the party had this 70s look... like 70s dork. It was weird. They all had cultivated a 70s dork look... I dunno. The whole party was bizarre, but I had an ok time. Chilled w/ my boys, and anjoyed myself. Woke up on my friend's brother's couch. Showered and went to work. Slow day. My brain needs to recover from party. Ungh.

Another thing that threw me off was someone introducing me to their friends and using a hand signal. Like a not so good one. As in I saw the same singnal when he introduced another person I knew that he did not like. That threw me. Another thing was a person I used to be friendly with had cultivated the 70s look and was suddenly too cool to talk to me. Was kinda messed up. But all in all... good night. As as that is.
