so i spoke with my realtor today and she had her mortgage guy run my credit... i was bummed because the scores i pulled myself werent high enough for an fha loan by just a handful of points... BUT! when mortgage pulls numbers they calculate your score differently and guess what!? I 30 points over what i need to qualify! YAY!
now i just need my down payment and closing costs.... then its time to go shopping! yay yay yay!!! goal is to save a grand a month.... here. we. go.

$150K? Maybe we should move there, LOL. A small three bedroom home sold across the road from us for $630K 
I think the median is around $460K but t he places less than that are in really bad areas, or need to be renovated before you could live in them. Ugh. I think you're making a really good move. When does the lease expire?

las vegas has the lowest prices on homes in the entire nation right now! we were hit the hardest by the economic crash and still barely starting to recover.... total buyers market!
