unfound

i will be out of town for the rest of the week so i thought i would update now...

just got back from a viewing thing... my sort of step grandmother pasted away this weekend... i wasn't really close with her, mainly because she was with my dad's dad and i don't have much of a relationship with that side of my family... however, she was one of the only ones i liked... but after living in MI so long i hadn't seen her in years...

but despite her ungodly amount of pain, (fought cancer for 13!! years, last two in a hospital bed at home), she was still very bright and fuckin hillarious, she always had the best sense of humor...

i will always wish i had more of a relationship with her, but i am glad her suffering is over...

i ran into my cousin, mark, who apparently plays drums, so i think i am going to go over there and jam with him... i am looking forward to it... a couple months before i moved into my apartment i bought a new guitar and amp, and the living arrangement in my house fell through so i moved into an apt... haven't played through my amp in forever... so it will be nice to play with that atleast...
