so tonight has been amazingly succesful in the social category.
i ran into a girl i used to play a lot of backgammon with in high school. i tried a few times last semester to set up something but it never seemed to work out. so i was pleasantly surprised when she appeared very excited about me asking if she wanted to play tonight. she ended up coming over to my place and it was pretty cool. we're very two very different people but we always seem to be able to have good conversation.
afterwards i stoped in by my friend carina and caught up with her on the happenings of month or so it's been since i've seen her last. it seems like we've done almost a perfect role reversal since the last time we talked. it's good to see her finally happy with how her life is going though.
when i got back from her place i called my friend laurel who, very surprisingly answered her phone when i called. i have to use a calling card to get my phone to actually call her, and since it's an unrecognizable number she never really answers when i call. anyhoo, i'd over heard her say that there might be people hanging out at the 25-0 tonight, but after calling johnson (who also very rarely picks up on numbers he doesn't know) came to the conclution that there was nothing doing over there.
next up was my stop by jackie and ellie's place. i hadn't seen either of them since the end of last semester, it was just like the good ole' days. i ended up going back to my place to load up on cologne so i could roll around in ellie's bed and make it smell "like boy". asses were grabbed, was fun.
decided that i wanted to get something to eat and on the way i ran into rachel, who i hadn't seen for a couple of months. she was working however so the conversation was brief. following mastication, on the elevator ride up to my floor, i'm pretty sure the girl on the elevator with me was checking me out (i feel like such a chotch just saying that).
and still, despite all of this, the fact that meg refrained from saying goodbye to me today, despite saying to all the people i was sitting with, is just weighing on me. only time will tell how all of this turns out.

You should go up to him and say, "Hi, Anthony" and freak him out.
