Hi! How is everyone? I have been so busy at work the last couple of days. I am in the blood business and after the bombing on Monday we have had crazy donations... as have the Boston hospitals. I just hope it doesn't go to waste because we have to much.

Other than that. I am going to start diving soon. I the water is warming up and I will need to make some bubbles. I am also going to try diving with a dry suit in a couple of weeks. just another expensive thing to get... but it will be good for the winter.

I have been running a few times a week lately. I am now moving on to cutting out the crap food from my diet. I hopefully will see some lbs coming off soon. Anyway have a good rest of the week.
