My life was filled with displaced anxiety for a few days... I'm doing better now. Work is going well. My wonderful Kristy_Lyn is a joy to be in love with and for the first time in months I was able to pay all my bills, set aside money owed to my grandmother and still have enough money to go out tonight and enjoy chicken wings... For all vegitarians out there I'm sorry I have to do this but... mmmmmmmmm chicken wings! sorry again
I bought few things this week. Kill Bill vol. 1 on DVD. Gawd I love this movie. It made sense to me from frame 2 on. Glad to find a place for it on the 'movies I really love' shelf. That's the top shelf just above the 'movies that are really great but not quite as great as the movies I really love' shelf. These ARE the official names of the shelves. Hven't had a chance to see Vol. 2 yet (yes I do know it just came out tonight so it sounds silly to say 'yet'). Perhaps tomorrow... perhaps the next day.
The other thing I bought I wasn't so sure about at first... one of those kinda impulse buys. It wasn't really because I had checked it out last week and then when I went back I still wanted it so voila. It came home with me. HMV was O so kind to take my money in exchange for the 35 years of the Street - Best of Sesamee Street 3 cd box set. It's awsome. I listened to it for a couple of hours at work and just bounced around in my chair. I'm such a child.
I'm excited. For the first time since the snow began to fall six months ago... its warm enough that I'm going to park my car in the drive way and wash and detail the piss out of it. I figure it should take about 5 hours. I don't know why this pleases me so. Maybe it's a guy thing but I smiling right now so who cares what gender my obsession manefests itself as. Hope all is well with everyone out there. EmBRACE YOUR OBSESSIONS. Enjoy any good weather you find and weather all the rest. UH out. bee cool y'all.
you know. Like the Fonz!
