So i have this problem of not relaxing and i need to do something about it. For some reason these last 2 weeks have been stressful , unable to sleep well, eat right etc. All i do all day is work from 6am to 2:30pm go home try to sleep if I can ,then wake up at 5:00pm get ready for practice ,then go to downtown L.A. untill11:00pm go home try to eat AND THEN try to fall asleep around 2am.

I"M not complaining about my schedule ,but 'im interested in finding a way to solve this self proclaimed issue.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INPUT THEY COULD GIVE ME ?

Also, I had this dream that felt so fucking real , I woke up sweaty and freaked out . On top of that i was told that i was talking in my sleep, and hitting my hands against my wall.

The dream was of me on an off shore boat in a place like SAN DEIGO w/ my friends. i was wandering around this boat dazed and confused like the most fucked up surreal scene in FEARING AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS x 1000 . I know there was much more to the dream, I just can't remember it now.

Just for the record ,I haven't done any drugs scence I was 19.
