Hi all! I just got back from camping and found that I was up!! What wonderful timing. Thanks for all the comments fore sure!!

I'm a little overwhelmed though. I've seen nothing but trees and camp fires for a while. Just all yesterday and the night before . . . You wake up earlier when you sleep under sunlight. The first night was your standard forrest kegger and I ended up getting sick off of Tequila puke (that beast) and passing out earlyish. The next day was amazing though. I surprisingly WASN'T hungover and just wandered around the camp area for a while. Everything was beautiful and I was very quiet. Just watching the river for a while. The sun was dancing on the water in a great way. There was bend in the river upstream and it totally seemed like two unicorns were going to come gaily galloping around it towards me at any moment, just like in Legend. Then I swam in the river with some other folks and naked sunbathed for a while, I didn't burn either! It was funny, the only guy that skinny dipped was my boy (I'm so proud!!) the other guys all wore boxers . . . the river was really fucking cold, but I'm not one to really scrutinize another's junk so what the fuck?! tongue Everyone has their reasons, there's just nothing better than not needing clothes, personally, socially, and weather wise.

I napped after that and was woken up by my friend shoving acid teddy grams in my face and telling me to eat one. I did then went back to sleep. I woke up and it hadn't kicked in yet biggrin We all took a walk to this play structure area and on the way back I started trippin hard, in a good way. I was just basically giggling, watching the tree's move, and speaking profound truths. Perhaps I was speaking profound truths, I can't remember. I was called a giggely-puff by someone cus I couldn't stop laughing, it was great - having laughter being your natural state for a while. I haven't dropped acid in like 6 years (damn) and I like it a lot. Not as emotional as mushrooms, but not so profound. I guess the stakes aren't so high with me and acid as they are w shrooms. Nice change - haven't done shrooms in a while either.

it was good to be really uncomfortable for a while and just to deal with it. I've gotten way to soft this winter, way to city oriented. A balance is always ideal I suppose. Yesterday I felt like, since there was absolutely NOTHING to do, we all had to be really invested in the moment and entertain each other - especially when it was just 7 or 8 of us sitting around the fire at 2 am and it was soooo dark and coldish. No electronic nothing! A guitar only sometimes, but always the fire, only the fire and who was around it. Today there was an odd moment. I was walking through campus and in the area outside the library there were just a bunch of people sitting separate from each other and talking in their cell phones . . . I was walking past some really intense conversations too, wafting through the air, coming at me from all angles, (seemingly) random voices. It just struck me as very creepy after being in the woods and depending on fire and other people to see people so isolated in that moment.

I'm sure you'll all be happy to know that my hair is a completely different color now, yellow and red, and my back piece is soooo close to being done! I'm out of a camera at the moment but I'll try to post pics of these changes. I am a little butterfly you know! My next set will definitely be taken outside - I'm already scheming . . .

I will be responding to comments soon!!! love to you all!!!

so, not to sound dingy, but do pets like that no you as owner like a mammal would? are they affectionate? I only have ever owned dogs, oh and fish, but the tank was to big to hold in my arms surreal
