My brother is still straight. 8 months sober and doing well with the AA philosophy. I made the decision to go to medical school. I have to take a few classes to do well on the MCAT. I looked on Tulane's and LSU's websites to start learning about their admission processes. I will have to talk about my socioeconomic background. WTF. I worked at Tulane for 10 years. My socioeconomic background is nothing like the majority of their students'. This is kind of a bummer. I'll be real pissed off if I invest all of this time and money and not get in, not because of grades and my MCAT score, but because I'm kind of poor white trash.
