Snap back to reality...

my hometown is supplied with water from the municipal water works - and the day before yesterday they discovered water pollution.. in fact it is e-coli bacteria... so the medical officer of health has issued orders to boil all water that is to be consumed in any way. Bathing is okay apparently and personal hygiene matters, but even for coffee the water has to be pre-boiled.
And summer just announced its return again, so everybodys hot and thirsty - some merchant in my town is seeing the potential in this too, so hes turned up the prices for water... hes gonna lose money on that, wretched bastard!
