Today I was wondering why girls sporting pink tracksuit bottoms and pushing prams feel the need to continually spit out the words "Chow Mein"?

Is this a fondness for Chinese cuisine I wonder? I enjoy a nice wok fried noodle as much as anyone , yet I don't feel the need to continually announce it to the world...
