I exercised self control last night. I pat myself on the back. my head hurts and neck aches??? i have no idea why?? i shall lsoe myself today. I worry about friends in florida. i can't think without thinking of her i dont sleep cuz im worried about her. If she only knew how much i worry. I try to tell her but i can't
