Damn! This heat lately has been crazy...
Actually, I think if the heat stayed but the humidity would fuck right off it would actually be fantastic...
I'm just glad I have AC here at the house... If I didn't, I think the dog and I both would have burst into flames by now...
I went out and played 9 holes of golf last night for the league I am in, and it was fairly ugly out there.... Normally I would walk for 9 holes, but it was just too damn nasty for that... The dog didn't seem to mind me going out and playing in the heat.. But that's mostly because of the sweat, since she has decided that it's a good idea to treat the back of my neck and my ears as a salt lick when I get back from golfing... A hot, slobbery tongue to the back of the neck is a very rude way to wake up from a little power nap... And silly me, I intend to go out and play 18 holes today.. Taking the afternoon off work and hitting the course with a buddy from work... Should be entertaining... Luckily, last I checked they were calling for slightly cooler weather.. I hope it's true...
I've gotten through watching most of the episodes from the Jack of all Trades DVD set I picked up last week... definately a whole lot of fun to watch.. I'm disappointed it didn't last longer, since the 22+ or so episode sis just enough to get you really hooked on it...
