SO it turns out that it's expensive to buy a house.... I've been looking around and finally find one I want to move on and turns out I'm going to need about 5000 more than I have saved up.

Is there a possibility to talk to another person who does the same job? The first place I had my parents organized the morgage for me. The second place I bought it was in a partnership and they did the $$ thing again. When I bought the place call home now, I paid for the thing in full with a cheque and did massive renovations with my father's company.

Tell me more about the house. # of bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom design stuff, yard? Carpeted or hardwood?
